About NeuroNavigation

NeuroNavigation was created to provide practical, neuroaffirming, regulation first guidance that bridges education, family life and theraputic language.

I bring together professional experience in special education, lived experience of neurodivergence, parenting insight and a deep commitment to trauma-informed and inclusive practice.

I support families, young people, and adults to make sense of their complex neurodivergent experiences — and to find practical ways forward when things feel overwhelming, stuck, or unclear.

When we understand why things are hard, we can reduce anxiety, create structure that actually fits, and build supports that work at home, at school, and across wider systems.

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and grounded in lived experience. I don’t see people as needing to be fixed.

I recognise that many challenges arise from environments, expectations, and systems that don’t adapt to neurodivergent ways of thinking.

I support families and individuals to:

  • translate needs into clear, usable language

  • advocate with confidence (without burning out)

  • build routines and supports that reduce stress

  • reconnect with strengths that often get lost in the chaos
