Choose the path that feels closest to your situation.

You’ve been given new information, but not enough real support.

You’re noticing things, but you’re not sure what they mean.

Things feel stuck, overwhelming, or unsustainable — and you’re not sure what kind of support is needed anymore.

You’re trying to support your child, but navigating systems, schools, or services feels exhausting.

Things feel intense, reactive, and unsustainable.

You’re making sense of your own neurodivergence and what support might help.

School has become a source of distress, shutdown, conflict, or complete overwhelm.

You need support, ideas, or resources that fit your child’s nervous system and capacity.

I need practical support, but I’m not sure where to start

That’s okay too.
